The choir are delighted that its commission from Roderick Williams of "Sing Joyfully" has won Making Music's Award for the Best Music Creator for a voluntary orgainsation in 2023.
"Sing Joyfully" was commissioned to celebrate the choir's 140th anniversary and we're thrilled that Roderick has referenced part of the work in his new commission for the BBC Singers.to celebrate their 100th anniversary
Come & Sing: The Messiah

All singers (aged 16 and over) are invited to join Saffron Walden Choral Society for a Come & Sing on Sat 21 September at Saffron Hall..
